My father is my musical inspiration. I started singing because I heard him singing and directing a band with such a passion as if nothing else mattered anymore. He was there in the moment, doing his thing. At his turn, he got his musical inspiration from my grandmother, who was a music teacher and passed it on to me.

Ever since I was a child, while going to any event, I used to sing from the bottom of my heart. Being the center of attention always made me shy, but nothing compares to the joy of singing.

This was the start of it all and while growing up, I decided to take some singing lessons to improve my technique. The School of Fine Arts in Brasov, Romania, was the first place where I got the opportunity to perform on stage.

Then I got the chance to perform with a big band and a philharmonic orchestra as a backing vocalist, which enriched my musicianship. I participated at different concerts and TV shows, as well as International festivals and music competitions, which contributed to my development as an artist.

However, I believe the highlight of my musical path to be studying Jazz at Concordia University, in Montreal, Canada. During this time, I started my own group, promoting it, arranging my repertoire  and composing my own music.

Furthermore, I obtained a diploma in Psychopedagogy granted by Transilvania University in Brasov, Romania.

Finally, I based myself in Luxembourg and taught singing at Foyer des Arts in Howald. I enjoy teaching as much as I enjoy singing and I believe that both of them are about sharing and receiving: sharing your emotions with the public and receiving his feedback, sharing your knowledge with the students and receiving their progress in return.
